GPU is squealing when performing benchmarks?

It's quite quiet but you can hear it in that video. I was having some problems with my computer suddenly became quite slow and freezes often so I decided to run some benchmarks and whenever the GPU benchmarks started that noise was there until the benchmarks finished.

What is it? Capacitor squeal? Should I be worried?

it's called coil whine.
nothing to worry about, every electronic device has it at some level.
