Question GPU is underperforming

I've been noticing recently that my laptop has been underperforming on a lot of games. A lot of my friends who have worse graphics cards always have more frames than I do despite having the same settings for graphics. I don't know how reliable a userbenchmark is but I ran one and these are the results

All my drivers are installed and updated my windows is updated, my laptop is always plugged into power so I don't know what is wrong with my gpu.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800 (with amd radeon graphics)
Motherboard: AMD Renoir H Chipset
Memory: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4/2666MHz SODIMM
Storage: 1TB WD Blue SN550 M.2 PCIe SSD
Video card: GeForce RTX 2060

right now when idling my gpu is fluctuating but around 50 and my cpu is around 65, and yes im on a laptop
