Gpu isnt displaying?

so i have a gtx 1050 ti 4gb ssc evga, not its a brand new pc build. i have a amd fx 8320 cpu (pulled from recent desktop) a 600w smart thermaltake psu ( brand new) g skill sniper ram 16gb (pulled from recent build) 1 tb toshiba HDD( new) rosewill challenger case (new) anda asus m5a78l motherboard (new). so. when i got to turn it on it doesnt display at all, its like it doesnt even recognize the graphics card. i have tried the display port and the hdmi port and neither work so far. i have no idea what to do. it wont boot but all the lights and fans turn on, on everything. HELP!

That PSU is more of an expensive paperweight, you should swap it out for a unit that is reliable/robust and as close to Tier 1 as possible.

Without the discrete GPU, are you able to power up to BIOS?

I'll need you to be specific about the ram used. If not you can always link it and we'll take a look. Can you also elaborate on the "recent build" you keep referring to...?
