Question GPU isn't working

When i put my rx 560 4gb into my pc , the fans arent working only the video card led light. ( if i take out the gpu from the pc it working normal, but if my gpu is in my pc, it isnt working)
I have enough strong power supply (450W).
What is the problem i have a bad GPU or i havent got enough Watt or i just have to set something?

What are your other specs? Maybe your onboard card must be deactivated from bios or u need to choose primaly graphics from bios. Post your specs so we can help you.

Include the power supply brand and model in the specs. 450 watts in some cheap thing may actually be 250.
