So, I have a ATI Radeon X1900 XT from a Mac Pro. From what I've read, it uses EFI? I've tried too boot it off my Dell Dimension 8400 on it's PCI-E 1.0 slot. It gives no failure LEDs and sounds like it does normally, I'm using a DVI-D to VGA convertor, but no display on the monitor. I tried it in another system and that worked fine, but that was with DVI-D too DVI-D, could that be the issue, or will this card just not work?

If the other system was newer it may have been able to boot uEFI cards.

I know on uEFI boards you need to enable legacy mode for older cards.

I would guess if you can get ahold of a suitable bios image you could flash it to legacy mode and it should work with more systems.

It was UEFI for sure.

"you could flash it to legacy mode" You wouldn't happen too know of a way too obtain such an image, would you?

I'll get the clocks tomorrow, when I can use the other machine. For now, I am almost positive those are not the clocks.
