My stepson got a GPU (GTX 1660 super 6gb) with a B450 tomahawk motherboard.
Installed windows 8.1 and it's not supported. So he upgraded to 10 and ever since we get these all green lines on the screen that alter when you open programs or folders. New monitor doesn't correct it and its happens continuously even in bios. Which didn't happen before.
All drivers and bios are up to date. It's a new build and everything seems to be connected properly and in the right ports.
