i have clean my gpu (rx 570) and change thermel path after i finish pc dont recognize gpu and fan no spinning
the video out from motherbord
is the gpu dead ?

I have 10 year old cards that work fine without replacing the thermal paste. Most likely something has gone wrong replacing it! I only make sure that heatsinks are clean of dust and lint and cards work through their useful lifespan. Currently running GTX970 with temps still fine 6years+ in use.

You can open it again and redo the whole process carefully. Make sure you tighten the screws as much as needed and not more or less.
Another thing to try is to remove the CMOS battery for 10mins and try again.

We can't know what you did and what not and we don't have access to the GPU to help you more.
