GPU keeps crashing games

i have an xfx 380x and it crashes everytime i launch a game. it freezes and i have to do a hard reboot. I know it is not temp, i also checked the ram with memtest and got no erros. I am right now using the igpu that came with my g3258 and it is playing all the games fine.is the gpu dead and rma it?

xfx 380x 4gb
600w rosewill valens
and 16gb gskill 1866
nothing oveclocked gpu never worked
plus i cant test another psu or another mobo since all my friends have laptop

Ok PSU should be good. Have you done a clean install of the gpu drivers?
