I recently noticed my GPU led was on on my MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon and kinda worried since these are debug leds. Everything boots and I can run games, even mess with settings for my gpu so I don't see an issue. Mostly confused and nothing online has shown me what it means

That´s new to me too. There are two LEDs.
One for the onboard graphics (GPU) and one for the dedicated graphics card (VGA) :D

In the manual it says:

GPU LED
This LED indicates the CPU’s iGPU is not detected and you need to install a graphic card.

Nothing to worry about.

If the VGA LED would be on, then you would have a real problem.

Which CPU are you using? If it doesn´t have a integrated graphics unit, this LED will be on.
