Hey guys, I built this pc a while ago form a mix of old an new parts and was wondering what would be limiting my fps in Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I don't know if it is the cpu limiting it but when I run the game my fps never passes 60 and I was looking forward to gifting this pc to my brother when I leave for college so he would have his own budget gaming pc. My drivers are all up to date and no components max out when playing the game. Also, in game setting are set to low and everything is disabled. No draining programs running in the background either.
