GPU List

Alright I'm not just looking for a list of all GPU's I looking for a list that can show me which GPU is best for certain games like whats the best on for WoW (I know the best one for WoW isnt the best I know my GTX 460 is still running it perfectly). Does anyone have a website that lists the standards or anyway to help me decide what would be the best GPU for others games like BF3, Diablo 3 and so on.

wait for hd 7000 . far more perfromance and lesser power usage because of 28 nm fabrication process .

If you want a GPU that will max out a game (in most cases) you need look at the GPU that is shown on the recommended requirements for the game, find that GPU on this list:

and get the GPU that is 2 tiers higher.


Note that this list is updated every month and dual core GPUs on that list will not operate at optimum performance until proper drivers are released.

stream processors? the more the better I'm guessing?

Also love the AnandTech webpage shows a lot of good info and charts.

The Hierarchy chart is a great way for me to compare Nvida vs Radeon.

@ Greghome Yes I know D3 and BF 3 are not out, everyone knows that pretty well already but I didnt know if they released the requirements for them or not yet.

my 6950 has 1408 stream processors ? so....they never really perform optimally ?

There's a difference between Dual GPU and Dual core GPUs......
the last dual core GPU that I know of is a Intel GMA
