GPU load 99% during gaming, but 34-35 Celcius.

As the title says i know its confusing, but when I play ANY games, likes GTA 5, BF4, etc, the GPU loads 99%, but the temperature stays at 34-35 Celcius, and the game lags as hell. Also, The GPU1 power in MSI afterburner shows that it's at a concerning level since the strip thingy becomes yellow. Any help?

It sounds like you are using the iGPU in your system rather than the discrete card. How about listing your specs?

hmm im picking it up to the comp service a moment to see... btw thx for the answer its GTX 980 intel core i7 4770 non k 16 GB RAM

You remembered to move the monitor's video cable from the motherboard video port over to the GTX 980's port, right?
