gpu load at 99%

is it normal when you play rainbow six siege and your gpu load is at 99% and doesnt it mean you have a bitcoinminer??? i am not lagging tho when i play the game i have a gtx 1060 6GB i am using low settings and my cpu is i7-6700 3.4 ghz 16gb ram my graphics card temperature is around 70 i did downclock the power so it will never go above 73degrees i think it can use 78% power

You typically want your GPU to be at ~99% while gaming. Why are you playing on low settings?

Absolutely...

Bitcoin mining uses ASICs now, not regular PC components.

Most other crypto currencies you can mine on your PC are mined using your GPU. So yes, trying to mine and game on the same card wouldn't work very well.
