Question GPU load drops in specific games ?

Hello so lately i been having GPU load drops in specific games, i have tested multiple games now and not all the games the load drops occur, and i cant pin point the problem. I have tested with NZXTCam open to see if the CPU drops too but it doesn't seem to be the issue. Temps arent the problem either cause they are stable temps that i have always had. If anyone can help me out it would be great.

Windows 11
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950x
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
Motherboard: ASUSTek COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX X570
RAM: G.Skill F4-3600C16-16GTZRC DDR4 (2 of them)
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G5, 80 Plus Gold 750W, Fully Modular

Doesn't Work (Load Drops) - Some of these games i have played before on this PC and they weren't giving me the issues that they are now.

I would use msi afterburner to watch Temps and vram usage. The problem is likely between those.....
