I haven't had any problems in the past with my GPU until just recently. After around 30 minutes playing any game it starts lagging so bad, that it's unplayable. restarting the game doesn't do anything and it continues to lag. I downloaded GPU-Z and I noticed that my GPU load before the lag spike goes from around 3-5%, to 98-99% and stays there. The only "solution" that I've found is to restart my entire computer. And then 30 minutes later the same things happens. Also the GPU temp. goes from around 50 degrees Celsius to around 70 degrees.

Dxdiag and GPU-Z links below:

Try at least one other game.
Also, try using 3DMark2001 (free) or similar and put it into a continuous LOOP to see if it starts stuttering like in Skyrim.

If other games work fine then the problem is Skyrim. In which case you may need to reinstall it.

a) Note the mods used.
b) Delete game
c) Redownload (or DVD) and install (I personally made a BACKUP of the game in STEAM before adding mods so I could avoid this)
d) Test in Vanilla using new character.... if STABLE then
e) Install same mods as before
f) Start from last SAVE for the modded setup

*I've never started a NEW game so just in case you may want to find the SAVE folder for Skyrim then COPY the last few save points to a different folder in case starting a NEW character wipes the data. If it did, then you could copy the saves back after you reinstall Skyrim and the mods.

I can run most new games on ultra 60fps so that's not the problem.

It's not skyrim itself. There's something wrong with my GPU, because this happens for all games.

Actually it turned out that there was a hidden bitcoin miner.

When the GPU usage drops like that, that usually means something has taken use of the CPU, or the CPU has throttled badly due to heat. This is usually not a sign of a GPU problem, but something else. Check for viruses, check your CPU temps, see that you don't have some background app running that saves data every 30 mins, or does a scan of some sort.
