Question GPU load spikes after driver update

I've tried rolling back to previous versions but sadly no luck. I have a hunch it's not a hardware issue since my gaming laptop (Lenovo Y520) is just stationed at one place so no damage has been done to it. Here are the results from my GPUZ run after a few mins of playing Rainbow Six Siege. If you guys have any idea what causes this? it would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Latest BIOS update for your laptop? Which GPU drivers have you tried to work with?

Currently on Windows 1903, I forgot what version I had before but I went to the lenovo to get it updated now I have the, Lenovo 4KCN45WW, 11/01/2019. So for the GPU driver (btw 1050ti) I used DDU every single time I reinstalled one, so after 436.30, I went back to 417.01 (Which was my previous driver before the update) which didn't fix the issue, and I even tried the factory version in the Lenovo website which was around the 390-something? But after trying all of them nothing really changed anything.
