Question GPU losing signal after installing drivers RX580

i just bought a used gpu an rx 580 it worked for the first few hours playing games and the driver worked at first
then i crashed in apex legends and couldnt boot back to windows unless i use on board graphics and uninstall drivers and put the graphics card again
after reinstalling drivers i keep losing signal to the monitor
and yes i used DDU to delete drivers
the computer is still running after the signal loss

i7 3770
10gb ddr3 ram
rx 580 8gb

Looks like a bad card only works in 2d not 3d.

I would unless I could check the card in a different system and find it working there.
