GPU low usage

So i just build a new pc with i5-7400, gtx 1060 6 gb, 8 gb ram.
And in-game gpu's usage is almost never higher than 60%. Usually its around 40%. Although my fps is ok(for example in gta 5 on ultra i get 60 fps, with little freeezes).
is it ok? cuz i saw on youtube the same cpu+gpu build gets an 90+ gpu usage...

also my gpu temp in-gam usually 40-45 C

is it a stable 60 fps or lower? make sure v-sync is disabled but ONLY if you monitor runs at more then 60hz. and no theres nothing to be worried about, the temperature is very good and it won't use more power then necessary or if its being throttled, by eg v-sync
btw 80-90 is coincided toasty while 100'c might cause damage and will begin throttling itself

You probably have Vsync on, right click on your desktop, open NVIDIA Control Panel, go into Manage 3D settings, and turn off Vertical Sync. Turn it off in the games too
