Question GPU(?) makes a weird crackling noise.

It only happens when my PC is under a heavier load, which nowadays happens when I run most games, but the noise is actually quite loud and annoying. I took a video of it for the audio. Hopefully someone might know what's causing it by what it sounds like. Thanks! https://streamable.com/s42da

Did you check your fan runs correctly? That could possibly be the issue.

Does it continue making that noise when you are not playing games?

It doesn't make the noise when it's not under a heavy load (caused by most games). Normally, it's just the normal hum of a fan.
