Gpu makes noise then beeps while im playing a game

hey guys,recently I've been hearing the gpu in my computer beep then make a sound like it's turning off and on.All temps are fine and games run perfectly.
I'm not sure if it's the psu or graphics card or who know's what else,i'd just like to know if it's the psu, because I have a small feeling it might be.
