GPU making strange sound

My Gpu is making some weird 'clicking' sound, similar to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjgDhCEI5iw, do you know what might be the cause of this?

The fans are making that noise. They might need some more lube. I get this sound every so often with the fan on my MOSFET heatsink on my motherboard.

Almost sounds like the fan(s) weren't mounted correctly and are rubbing wrong on the bearing and shaft. Lubricating and/or checking for wear would determine this.
