Question GPU making weird sounds and usage piking up and down

Hello, my graphics card is AMD Radeon RX Vega 64, recently it started making weird buzzing sounds when at load, also usage of the GPU spikes up and down really frequently. Is the GPU broken? Idle temperatures are really weird too, at idle it stays at 50° C which is very hot for no load.

Check the fans for the noise maybe, also 60c is ok for 98% activity, 50c at idle? how is the air flow in your case, maybe theres a hot spot near the video card.

Air flow is fine, it had 30°C at idle 3 days ago, it started bugging just few days ago. Before, it had usually around 30°C at idle like I said earlier and about 80°C at load. The noise definitely isn't from fans, it's from the graphics card directly.
