GPU memory decreasse

i have an apu a6 7310 r4 laptop some months back i checked on gpuz that its memory was 1024mb and 25.6 bandwith but now i check it shows 512mb and 12 mb/s bandwitch can somebody help me

It sounds like 1/2 your system memory is not accessible. Did you change system memory DIMMs?

well i something was off with the ram the laptop wont start after several tries it started and only then i saw 1024 mb but the bandwith is still 12.6ms

well the memory is fixed but the bandwitch is still 12.6ms guys anything u could do and i have another question is r4 beema graphics better then hd 4600 i know that my cpu is way behind but what about the graphicx
