Question Gpu memory full

My asus rog gaming laptop gtx 1050ti started to lag previously working repack games even old games (skyrim,fallout)and the fan stats to run at top speed as soon as i boot up the system,as well as in rog gaming centre app the gpu is showing high memory even when u open the system with no app running and i even formatted my system for the same but no luck.
