Question GPU micro crashing while in game RTX 4060?

Got a new Intel system and I've been getting "micro crashes" whilst playing games like CS2. By micro crashing I mean I play a bit my screen freezes for a some seconds after (in game says that my render time is about 4000ms) and I can see new location and again get the micro crash.
Hope this explains.

EDIT: also when the micro crash happens my PC fans quiet down until I see a new frame in game. And in task manager I see my GPU usage going from 80%-100% to 0%-20% and again spiking up when needed to render a new frame in game

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
cpu usage during the gpu freeze?
