Question Gpu-Mobo or Windows problem need help

So i can log into Windows just fine with 0 display issues and i can even play warzone with no issues.But when i try to restart the PC my monitor says "No Dp Signal"and after staying in black screen for 5-6 seconds it says Display port and loads into Windows .I dont have this problem when im turning the pc on for the first time.I also cant load into Safe boot.Same things that happens when restarting happens but this time with no display whatsoever.I ran heaven benchmark with 0 issues as well .Only change i made lately was switching my GPU from Nvidia to AMD

If you can't run DDU in safe mode, the correct procedure is to run it in normal mode, restart, run it again in normal mode, restart, install the new drivers and restart again.

You only ran DDU once in not in safe mode. Read my post again. You have to run it twice if not in safe mode, one time right after the other. It can't get everything in one try if you're not in safe mode so you have to run it a second time to clear everything out. Then you're ready to install the drivers.
