Question GPU, mouse and keyboard not working with new motherboard setup ?

So I recenly got a new Motherboard, and a compatible processor, processor's fan and ram. For the rest I'm using the old parts I had.
Motherboard : MSI MEG Z590 ACE
CPU: Core i9 gen 10th
GPU: Radeon rx 480
Power Supply: EVGA 650 GQ
RAM: 2 x 8gb DDR4

I built the computer , followed all the instructions and turned it on but while the GPU's lights are on , there's no signal on the screen. the mouse and keyboard won't respond, and some of the times it turned off.

I have no idea what the problem could be but I rebuilt my previous computer with the same GPU, Mouse and Keyboard and they are working fine. I'm actually writing this thread using that build.

I also started the computer without the GPU but the mouse and keyboard wouldn't work either.

There's no strange beeps or sounds when I turn it on, all the fans and signal lights work fine.

Any ideas?

exact model of the cpu? what cpu cooler? exact model of the ram?
