GPU move possible?

Can I just take a gpu out of a computer then put it into another?
What will the effects be on both pcs?

Yes, but they have to have the same interface(PCIex16 vs AGP vs PCI)

No GPU = not as good graphical performance

GPU = Better graphical performance

Both use PCI-e. The one im placing it into has PCIEx16 but i have no idea what the old one except that it is PCIE

The new pc doesnt have a card because itll be using the old one for now. Pretty sure its an ati radeon r7850.
