Question GPU name not found?

Hello, my brother has a PC and he's been having an old GPU, recently it has been overheating a lot so I took it out to clean it, everything went smooth so I plugged it back into the PC but the fan is not moving, after trying to find out why, I thought maybe it's because it doesn't have the drivers installed, when I checked Dxdiag, CPUz and Speccy all of them called the GPU this "AMD Radeon R7 200 Series" only that, nothing else, I cannot find the specific drivers for this GPU as it is like this, since there are a lot of GPU that come into the R7 200 series, any thoughts on this and how can I fix it?

Looked more into it I used this app https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ and apparently the GPU model is this "AMD Radeon HD 8570 OEM" But it doesn't make any sense, why is it saying it's from the r7 200 series if it's a HD 8570? Am I missing something?
