Gpu needs 6+6pin but psu has 8+6

gpu r9 380 msi needs 6+6 pin connectors but psu has 8+6 any help?

Re-check your PSU cable. Sometimes those 8-pin cables are actually 6+2 and it's possible that one of them have two pins that could be split apart from the other 6. My last two PSU's had that.

You leave the 2 pin from the 6+2 hanging out.

6pin cable doesnt break and 8 prin breaks to 4+4

That 8 pin is for CPU , not a card , PCIE are 6 and 6+2 pins.
