GPU needs to be unattached then reattached before PC can detect it

This is the issue of my GTX 960. I've tried another gpu and it worked just fine

Is there another system you can test that card in? Have you also tried a different PCIe slot?

Yes. I've tried it on a different motherboard and still, the problem exsists.

It doesn't have any problem when i have got it working. But when i turn the pc off and turn it on again, the gpu is not detected. I would have to remount it again for it to work
