Sorry it's long, I'm just so lost.
So basically I put together this pc months ago and it worked great, no problems with the gpu display or anything. Then I transported my pc to college, still worked great. Then I went back home and the gpu was showing no display. The drivers were plug and play I guessed, because they never officially got installed, so the first time I fixed this it was almost like magic, I unplugged and plugged the network cable back in, restarted my pc and then it was working like it always had. Now, I moved again back to my dorm, setup my pc and my GPU wasn't showing a display, and I figured it was because I didn't have Internet connection, because I've been without a working network port in my room for over a month, so I figured it was because my gpu couldn't access the Internet to use the plug and play like drivers. However, I finally got Internet and the problem isnt going away like I hoped it would. I used my integrated graphics to boot up, then download the drivers off amds website and the problem still didn't fix. The card showed up in device manager after showing hidden devices. When I went to properties for my card it said error 45 or 47 I can't remember, basically stating that the card wasn't connected to the mobo. I reseated the card multiple times, even switched pci ports and nothing. I deleted it from device manager and Uninstaller drivers cuz I thought that would work and I could just try a refresh install of drivers but now the card isn't showing up even with hidden devices checked. It doesn't even show its connected in the bios. Please help. I'm extremely frustrated at this point because I have no idea what's wrong, and I do not for the life of me want to send these parts back or buy new ones to replace because this computer was seriously working 100% fine a month ago. It wasn't until I moved back to my dorm and had no Internet connection. Like I said, I've had a similar problem before where it pretty much magically fixed itself, but now nothing. I have absolutely no clue what could be wrong. I've been looking everywhere for the last 4 hours and getting nothing. As I said before, I really highly doubt it's a mobo problem or even my graphics card being that they were both working fine. And nothing could've happened in transport because I had my pc secure in a suitcase, at least I feel I did. The pc powered up and everything like it always had before, the only difference was there was no display from my gpu. And I can't install amd divers because it says it can't detect a gpu. Help would be appreciated. My only idea on how to fix this is to reinstall windows but I have no clue.

No display in general? I had this problem you might wanna check your ram, which means you will have to take off your pc case if its loose there's you problem probably from moving so much. You may also want to check and see if your gpu is installed correctly to your motherboard. If these solutions don't work your HDMI isn't plugged in or is broken or your gpu is fried caused by too small of a psu or you installed your fans incorrectly so you gpu didn't get its full cool off.
