Question Gpu no display

Hey guys,
So, the problem I'm facing is when I power On my system GPU fans start to spin but after like 5 to 6 seconds they stop spinning and there is no display on the screen....
I have tried switching the rams and changing gpu slots as well... I can't seem to understand whats the problem here.
Please HELP!

include the age of the PSU if it's been in service for a while, apart from the make and model of the unit.
