Question GPU no signal (3 beeps) on my pc, but works fine on another pc

i have Zotac GTX 1060 3GB.. one day all was working fine then i shut down my computer and went to sleep. next day when i turned on my pc i got No signal, and 3 Beeps.. i've tried to work on my integrated gpu and pc works fine... now i went to try my GPU on another PC and it works fine, I'm confused, what could be the problem?

Specs:
intel i5-3470 CPU
PSU: HEXA 500w
motherboard:Gigabyte s2p-h61m
WD 1TB HDD
Ram 8GB
------------------------------
things ive tried:
swaping and cleaning the rams and ram slots
cleaning the PCIE slot a little with a pencil eraser

maybe the PSU is to blame.

if its 1 long beep followed by 2 short it shows as a GPU error.

but the CPU works fine, the whole PC boots fine after i remove my GPU and work on onboard gpu
also i think gtx 1060 doesn't draw much power (50w) or so.. and my PSU is 500w

Alright, this could indicate a motherboard problem... If the pc is turning on but no signal is usually a motherboard problem. However, in my experience. But this beeping sound could be ram aswell.

I'd suggest checking the ram first. Can you try the ram in another pc by any chance? Is the ram compatible?

i mentioned in my post that my PC boots up fine without the GPU, so its obviously not a Ram nor a CPU problem.

UPDATE: i flashed the bios to second latest and the pc booted just fine, there is a Display... but there is a new problem now... i can't change my resolution, even after installing GPU driver, its stuck at 800x600.. and MSI afterburner is not reading my GPU, the system is not reading it even though there is a display now... any explanation?
