Hello! I'm kenneth. I shipped my pc across state as I moved, and it broke the pci 8 ports on my motherboard as I didn't think to remove my graphics card. I reinstalled my new bought motherboard, same model and I booted up, no problem. I tried to install my amd r9 390 but it wouldn't work. I kept getting no signal. I've had this happen before and I fixed it but it's been a while. My specs are b150 motherboard, 16gb ddr4, I5-6500 blah blah the only thing that matters is my motherboard keeps producing no signal on my monitor, works without gpu. The gpu also powers up, all three fans spin, so it's working. I feel like I'm missing something, the drivers new versions are installed and I even tried disabling the onboard chip. It powers on, so It works but no signal. I can't remember how to fix it and I don't want to spend another $400. Thanks
