GPU not being detected by motherboard (lights up and fans spin)

GPU - Asus 1080 ti turbo

Mb - z370 APro

mem - 2x8 corsair vengance ddr4

cpu - i5 8600k

psu - coolermaster 650 watt semi modular

storage - 1tb hdd 500gb ssd



New build, Powers on fine, the GPU LED's light up and fan spins but doesn't display. Used onboard graphics and motherboard output to post and install os. Bios lists nothing as being present in the 16 pin pci slot. I tested the 4 pin slot with no detection of the gpu as well. It seems likely that GPU pins are damaged but I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas. Thank you!

All power connected to the video card from the power supply? Using the correct cables? With modular cables I have seen people connect them to the wrong ports on the power supply or simply leave out a cable when two are needed.

Yup, I have used the pci e cables and have inputed in all the ports. 2 LED's turn on when I turn the psu on as well
