I was watching netflix and my screens went black and couldnt see anything but could hear audio. I unplugged the GPU and tried putting it in another pci slot and still nothing. I believe it isn't getting power because it isn't lighting up and the fans aren't on. I tried putting in my old nvidia 970 except this time it powered on but still not detected, I also tried that in different pci slots as well. Ive tried both graphics card in all three slots and still nothing

If you can get into BIOS without an issue, make sure you're on the latest BIOS revision. Also see if you can power off the iGPU while the discrete card is out. You should also include the age of the PSU(along it's make and model). If you can get into Safe Mode, try uninstalling the GPU drivers, populate the discrete card(provided it's not dead) and see if you regain functionality.
