So I just upgraded my CPU, Motherboard and RAM and have managed to boot up my PC, but my Graphics card doesn't seem to be recognized or detected. I've checked that it is properly connected to the PCI-E slot as well as making sure the power connectors are correctly in(It's lights are on). Also there are no warning lights showing on the mobo. I've tried removing all Nvidia software and reinstalling again but no success. I have the DVI cable plugged into the mobo at the moment since I cant get a signal when I plug it into the GPU.

Any help is much appreciated thanks :)

Specs:
i5 8400
MSi GTX 970
MSi B360m Mortar mobo

It isn't showing in device manager and the PCI-E was set to default in the BIOS. I did notice in the BIOS that it doesn't recognize that anything is plugged into the PCI-E slot so I am going to try the second slot.
