[SOLVED] GPU not detect in device manager or bios

So i have installed my gpu correctly fans are spinning and lights are working, but it's not showing in bios or device manager. It works on my brothers pc and i have tried it on other pci-e ports. Power supply should also be fine i just got it today. I have tried updating bios, updating windows, deleting old drivers, other power cables.

My specs are:
intel i9-9900k
Asus z390-f gaming motherboard
Geforce RTX 2070 Super
Cooler master V750 750W 80 plus gold psu

Potentially try your brothers PSU in your computer. If at that point, could be bad PCI-e slots/mobo. Has anything worked in it before?

I have tried two psu already and my old gpu gtx 1060 worked fine, but now even it doesn't work so maybe pci-e slot has some issues.

Sonds liek that could be the case. Power down the system, unplug the power cord, hold the power button down for about 30 seconds. Plug your old GPU back in, then plug the power back in and power it up. See if the issue persists.

If it does not persist, repeat the process with your NEW GPU.

Still same issue, but of it helps my gpu does get warm

Could even be the CPU having dead PCIe lanes..... Honestly, at this point, I wanna call the MOBO dead (best case scenario)
