Question Gpu not detected on MSI

After installing a faulty open source voice recognition program, I think it overclocked my gpu and burnt it up. The program would hear words and mistake them as commands and one day I woke up and seen a message about my resolution being dangerous and soon after I realized my gpu wasn't working. Device manager shows nothing for the gpu. Is it burnt up?

could just be the gpu or the monitor failed.
full system spec? include make and model of the psu
