I bought new PC parts a few days ago, to be exact, a motherboard, new RAM, a GPU and a CPU, all brand new, they arrived today and I've plugged everything in, the PC starts and monitors are connected through my GPU , somehow my GPU isn't detected through the PC though, I have no idea why and therefore need help.

Specs:

Motherboard: strix rog z390-f
CPU: i7 8700
GPU: rtx 2060
RAM: 16gb 3200mhz

The GPU is WORKING, meaning the fans are spinning and lights are on etc, but my pc won't detect it which results in me not being able to play games.

If anyone knows how I could possibly fix this please help me out.

Thank you.

Lights and fans does not mean the GPU is working. When you say it is not detected, I suppose you are using the motherboard outlets for the monitor, right? What happens if you use the 2060 outlets?
It is connected to the GPU, it's weird cause only one of the ports are working, like there's 4 ports where you can connect it to and only one of them work, which is why only one of my monitors are turned on. And yes it's connected to the GPU but somehow not recognized by the PC. Drivers are installed.
