GPU not detected

Recently I purchased a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and it has been working just fine for about a month. As of yesterday, my PC stopped detecting it and reverted back to the old AMD drivers, which I've uninstalled and tried installing Nvidia drivers which then says that I need to have Nvidia hardware. I've even tried putting in my old R7 240 which the PC also didn't detect. I believe I need a new motherboard, but was wondering if there was anything I could maybe do to remedy this. I've tried disabling and reenabling the PCIe slot, resetting the computer entirely(complete wipe), and installing base drivers from the driver disc included with the 1050 ti.

If it has built in graphics, I would move your video cable to it. Then I would remove your video card and do a CMOS reset (via the jumper) and boot to Windows. Once in Windows, shutdown and re-install your graphics card.

No, my motherboard only has one PCI slot sadly.
