Hi guys so its me again lol i have installed a gtx 1050 and i used an active adapter so that i can connect it to my old vga monitor. So heres the problem, When i go to device manager, i dont see my gpu name nor the intel integrated graphics. And when i go to dxdiag it only says Name: Microsoft Basic Display Driver, Manufacturer: Standard display types, Chip type: NVIDIA, dac type: NVIDIA corporation. Now im currently downloading geforce game ready driver version 441.87. Anybody knows the solution for this one? thanks!

Solution
Come back when you installed the drivers. Microsoft Basic Display Driver is when Windows is using the default display drivers and Intel integrated graphics won't show if it's turned off in the BIOS.
