gpu not detecting in hardware

my dell optiplex 3010 is not detecting the afox nvidia gt 730 can you help me

Create a System restore point.
Boot into Safe Mode (F8) and remove the old GPU drivers.
Install the new GPU and in Safe Mode+ Internet install new GPU drivers. Some card require normal Windows to load drivers.
