gpu not displaying pc,not booting

i have a asus radeon 7770 2gb hd and when i plug in the 6pin pcie connector too the card the powewr button on my case doesnt light up and my keyboard doesnt light up either.Even when i use 2 power supplys and one 500 watt just for the gpu it does the same thing no boot no post and i cant turn off the pc by just pressing the power button i have to hold it help pls is it a biioss thing or what idk help pleaseee ? it boots without the six pin pcie connected but only through onboard graphics not the card

This does not make any sense, I'm sorry. For best results from this forum, I recommend you re-writing your issue with a bit better english 😉 Also can you take a picture of the inside of your computer, (please dont use a Poptart as a camera.)

uhhm ill explain again i geuss, when i install the gpu and dont plug in the 6pin power connector the pc boots fine but through onboard but when i plug in the 6pin and start the pc the power button on my case doesnt light {which usually does light up when working properly}and my mouse is the only pheripherial to light up{both keyboard and mouse light up red when working properly only mouse lights up with the 6pin connected} but the power button still works even though no light and theres no display on the screen no beeps nothing...
