Question GPU NOT IN DEVICE MANAGER AND NOT DISPLAYING ANYTHING

I recently bought an optiplex 790 and installed my gtx 1050 and it spins so its getting power from the motherboard but its not displaying anything and isnt showing in device manager but my other gpu which is a 730 works fine

Its not a power supply problem because in my old pc i had the same wattage power supply and same amount of ram the only difference is the cpu but the uses the same amount of watts as my other one

the gt 730 has no problems but the gtx 1050 ddoes

So ar eyou sure the 1050 is a working card?
If it is, could be going over the limit of the motherboard power to the pci-e.
Wouldn't be sure though, need motherboard information and you get that from CPU-Z

you may be right but ive seen people able to use this card in their pc
