So today I made a mistake and disabled my graphics driver in device manager.
I've reinstalled the graphics drivers, and have not been able to get past the win10 logo screen, my PC boots up, my keyboard powers on the win10 logo screen starts but it does not send me to my user/sign in screen and my keyboard turns off the monitor does not have any display and it will remain like this until I reset the PC.
Things I've tried so far:
I have nvidia gtx 1660 ti and asus p877-v mobo
Any tips would be appreciated I'd like to avoid a clean install of win10 if possible.

Things I've tried so far:
- Boot to safemode, works perfectly fine can reinstall install fine.
- Used display driver uninstaller and reinstalled both game ready drivers and studio drivers to no avail.
- Tried different slots on my GPU
- Tried different monitors (I have 3)
- Tried a soft reinstall of win10 (kept personal files) although I'm not sure if it worked since it also had the issue with the display/keyboard turning off and me having to force reset.
