gpu not overclocking hd 6570

i have windows 10 and amd software suite 15.7.1 and i cannot overclock my card.
when i try to overclock it it underclocks.

Firstly, try using msi afterburner, secondly gpu's normally only underclocks under thermal trottelling, thus it might be that the heatpaste on cooler is not properly applied or the cards heatsink is just not good enough.

i tried all the above still no use. note that i could overclock my gpu before upgrading to new amd drivers .after reverting to previous drivers still the problems persist. nothing is wrong in my thermal paste and fan. the strange thing is OVERCLOCKING THE AMD CARD UNDERCLOCKS IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
