gpu not reading

i have a intel DH55TC m/b with a i3 530 cpu, corsair dominator gt 8gb 2x4gb ram, corsair gs 600wt psu
currently working a geforce gt 430 just fine
but can't get a geforce gtx560 superclocked 2gb gddr5 to read its even there..also did'nt read a ati gt 9xxx 3gb gddr5 card i think it was
the ati gets to the bios,bootup screen and thats it..the geforce does'nt even get to that
cant get any better gpu's to work

Have you tried uninstalling all the previous GPU driver? Making sure the BIOS and mobo drivers are up to date? Might also clear CMOS before installing the new GPU

I did all but the CMOS..and even reinstalled windows 7 pro 64 and with fresh install still not get the geforce 560 to read
both were used and said to be working..the amd gpu was taken back to owner and tried on his comp and it worked
the geforce was said to have never been used
will be trying the gtx 560 in a different pc soon
