So I recently finished building my pc and it was working perfectly fine. Until I booted up Skyrim and found out that my GPU - a gtx 1050ti - wasn't being recognised. The weird thing is, I had my monitor plugged into the gpu and it was outputting a display. I tweaked around with some bios settings too and it wont display a signal. The motherboard won't output a signal either.

Solution
If you messed up your BIOS settings such that your PC won't boot. read the motherboard manual on how to re-set your BIOS.

Then boot in to windows and install your chipset drivers. Then install the video card drivers.
